1. Definitions

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Deposit Methods

20toto accepts deposits through the following payment methods: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

5.2 Payment Source Requirements

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 20toto reserves the right to reject deposits from sources that do not match the account holder's verified identity. Any deposits received from third-party sources will be returned to the original sender, minus any processing fees.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience processing delays. E-wallet deposits are generally processed within minutes regardless of the time of day.

5.4 Fees and Charges

20toto does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5.5 Deposit Limits

You may set your own voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately and require a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. 11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.3 Self-Exclusion and Closure by User
